چکیده

Firstly, this study aimed to evaluate the effects on hatchability and relative weights of yolk, metabolic organ (heart, liver, breast muscle, thigh muscle) total digestive system (GUT) in ovo feeding cinnamon, ginger or anise extract. Secondly, it was investigated determine appropriate dose extract feeding. For purpose, 480 fertilized broiler eggs were randomly distributed into 12 groups with four replicates as a factorial arrangement three extracts (cinnamon, ginger, anise) x 4 doses (0, 3, 9, mg/egg) hatching trays. On 18th day incubation, 1 ml 0.9% saline solution containing 0, mg injected 19 mm 27-gauge needle. The cinnamon had higher hatchability, chick quality proventriculus weight, while group muscle weight. Chick weight mg/egg, 0 3 9 gizzard GUT at mg/egg doses. In injection increased number non‐pipped dead embryos. interaction effect factors found significant. results indicate that can be used without negative parameters. role needs further research.

Effect of in ovo Injection of Calcium Carbonate Nanoparticles on Bone Post Hatched Characteristics and Broiler Chicken Performance

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of in ovo injection (IOI) of calcium carbonate nano-particles (CCN) on post-hatch bone and blood parameters and performance of broiler chickens. Fertile eggs (n=400) were distributed into 4 groups of 100 eggs. On the first day of incubation, 2 groups were injected with 0.5 mL of either 100 or 200 ppm CCN/egg dissolved in normal saline and two...
